Adult ballet classes are taught at an intermediate and advanced level, ideal for adult dancers with a past love and connection to dance. These classes are best suited for those with at least four years of ballet training looking to reconnect with the joy of ballet and high level instruction. Classes are Monday 10:00-11:30 am and Friday 6:25-7:55pm.
Ballet meets Pilates in Pilates Plus. Using only a mat, these classes focus on strength and conditioning with the principles of pilates and ballet coming together to develop this gentle, yet challenging strength and conditioning workout.
Classes are Monday 8:30-9:30 am, Wednesday 7:30-8:15 am and Saturday 10:30-11:30 am (ZOOM only)

Hopakercise (Ho-PAWK-ehr-size) is a high energy and fun forward dance inspired fitness class exclusively developed by Kazka Dance Collective owner Kristina Frykas. Hopakercise brings pilates, ballet, fitness and Ukrainian dance together delivering a high intensity, energetic and fun workout. Guaranteed results in cardio, strength and flexibility.
Class is Tuesday 7:15-8:15 pm
